This is a both a brand and a customization life-style created in May 20, 2016. We cannot provide any information on our customization process and we strongly discourage the use of unofficial and unauthorized products where we do our customs. Rest assured everything that we are working with is 100% legitimate products of brands that are used for customization.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY : IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR OR ITS LICENSORS, BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, BREACH OF SECURITY, OR LOST OR DAMAGED DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, OR ANY SERVICES RENDERED BY LICENSOR, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EXCLUDING LICENSOR’S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LICENSOR TO LICENSEE FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY LICENSEE HEREUNDER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Refund/Cancellation Policy : Refunds can only be done if the items sent are damaged or flawed. We could also replace the said item for free as another option. We are not responsible for mistakes that you have entered on your order like size and quantity. Once the order is made we cannot cancel your order.

Fulfilment and Shipping : Shipping courier may be different in every order since we use almost every one of them namely Local Post (economy shipping), FedEx, UPS and DHL (priority shipping). Exact shipping estimated time of arrival is different depending on your country, custom clearance processing time and weather. economy shipping usually takes more or less 8-20 business days. Priority shipping takes more or less 4 to 12 business days. We are not responsible for any loss or damages once we have shipped your order.
