To avoid expensive customs and import taxes, you MUST declare your jacket as a “GIFT” with a value of $30 USD or lower when shipping it to us in the Philippines.
If you fail to follow this requirement and customs charges import fees, the customer is fully responsible for paying those taxes, which may cost approximately $250–$300 USD. This will not be our responsibility, and delays or extra charges caused by incorrect declarations are not grounds for refunds. By ordering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this requirement.

Estimated shipping cost to send your jacket to our workspace is around $50–$100 USD, depending on your location.
• Customer will pay the shipping to the Philippines (our embroidery studio).
• Return shipping is FREE.
• We will return your jacket declared the same way to help prevent extra fees.
Turnaround Time
• Embroidery production takes 5–15 business days, depending on design complexity and when we receive your jacket.
• Shipping transit takes 3–10 business days, depending on your country or state.
After placing your order, you will receive a simple 3-step instruction guide to proceed.
